Hitler Mistakes during WW II Opinions

Walking into Russia was his biggest mistake. He had signed a treaty with Russia to say that he wouldn't invade however as the war carried on, he got too big for his boots. He didn't anticipate the size of Russia so therefore sent his troops in. Russia is a large, cold place and Hitler hadn't prepared his troops well. They soon began to run out of food and freeze to death.
Now Russia hated Hitler. They joined forces with the British and soon enough, Germany was stuck in the middle with armies coming from the west and now from the east.
Japan's biggest mistake was to bomb Pearl Harbor as this got America into the war. This then meant that two of the largest countries in the world were fighting against the Nazis.

Hope this is what you are looking for!!!!

In the early 40s he ruled nearly all of Europe, he had a large empire, he couldve easily done the british.
However attacking Russia he was now facing the Largest Empire (Britain) and the Largest Army (Russia) of the time, after Pearl Harbour he also had the Largest Economy (The USA) on his heels.
So the Manpower, the Land and the Money and productive capacity to over throw him was now there.

Lastly (and this goes especially for his tanks):
The Germans were very eager to produce high quality Equipment for their troops, this took lots of time, so only x amount of soldiers could be equipped, they died and the same amount was sent in again. The Americans and Russians decided that less Quality (They figured soldiers dont live for too long[Average life of an American right after D-Day: 10 days]) and more Quantity was of Use, so while a German tiger could take on 5 Shermans and only let one of those survive heavily Damaged, the USA could throw something like 20 shermans at each Tigertank. So theyre total force was 4 times that of the Germans. The Russians had the T34 tank, it could outdo the Kingtiger in so many ways and was faster and easier to make.
The British Stengun took a few minutes to make, the german counterpart, the Mp40 was far more expensive and took hours to make.

Stupid mistakes to make.

Side Fact about what i just said:
What you may not know is that even the Russians were given British and American Tanks and Weapons in order to support the war effort on the East front, Britain had factories, the US had Factories and plenty money, Russia did not, but they had plenty soldiers.

There are a lot of possible answers to this, and all of them will be subjective.

In my opinion, his greatest mistake was breaking his non-aggression pact with the Soviet Union. Stalin admired and respected Hitler, and it is very unlikely that he would have broken the pact if Hitler had not done so. Accordingly, if Hitler had not attacked the Soviet Union he would have been able to focus all his efforts on attacking Britain. A strategically wiser solution would have been to either never attack the Soviet Union at all, or to wait until he had defeated Britain before doing so. The result of attacking the Soviet Union was that Germany got into the same difficult situation as it had faced during WW1, caught between allied forces moving in from both the west and the east.

Not finishing off Great Britain

taking on the Russians causing germany to run out of resources sooner like Fuel

germany was running out of fuel during the battle Of Britain and the battle of the bulge ended with the german tanks just stopping

There's a couple.

Firstly his persecution of the jews. If Hitler had not persecuted the Jews then his nation would have had so much more manpower, wealth and resources. Some of the most significant scientists were actually German Jews; Einstein for one example. Their brains would have been at the disposal of the Third Reich instead of the allies.

But what caused Hitler to lose the war was actually the fact that he fancied himself as a military leader. He personally made the decisions which brought about Germany's military defeats. If Hitler had let his generals run the war and make all the decisions themselves then the Nazis actually could have taken Britain, won North Africa, repulsed the Normandy landings and defeated the Soviets. We know for a fact today that his generals had all the winning strategies and tactics for each of these campaigns but instead Hitler's own ego ruined the party. This is why a number of his generals eventually conspired to assassinate him. He was his own (and Germany's) worst enemy!

The little moustache, it was a terrible look.

Hitler's biggest mistake that turned the war on Germany was invading Russia (or the Soviet Union). Hitler was so overconfident about winning against the Russians that he never gave any winter clothing for his troops. Stalingrad is a perfect example because when Winter came his troops weren't clothed for the weather and more than half of the men froze to death. His marshall in stalingrad asked hitler to let them retreat but hitler denied the request which resulted the soviet forces surrounding the army and seiged them until they surrendered. This resulted the favor to the russians and started advancing to germany in months

His pride. During the campaingn to the Soviet Union he denied Paulus his request to reetreat and regroup. In the fight for britain he diverted the luftwaffe to bomb london instead of distroying the RAF this probably cost him the war.

As a Historian, he made only 4 major mistakes, and he didnt do them, he would have won
1-Invaded Russia. he signed a treaty with them, but he felt greedy
2-Invade Russia in WINTER in SUMMER Uniforms. Many died from cold
3-Battle of the Bulge
4-Not finishing off the UK
